Who takes the decor down?

Takedown is the guest's responsibility, so you can enjoy your decor for your whole stay!

What areas do you service?

We decorate across the Okanagan, including Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, and Penticton. A travel fee may apply depending on your location.

How early should we book?

As soon as you have your date set! We do not hold dates, and weekends fill up fast, so setups are first come, first served.

How does setup work?

For Airbnbs, our earliest start time is once your host confirms your check-in. For hotels, we'll meet you at the front desk after check-in and head up to the room to decorate. Setup takes about 1 hour, and we're happy to decorate while the birthday crew is out so it's a surprise when they walk in!

How do we pay?

50% of your payment is due the day you sign your contract & proposal, this secures your booking date and time. The remainder is due one month before the birthday.

Can I add to my package later?

Of course! Pending stock availability we are happy to accommodate add ons as close to the day of as possible

Can we do a custom theme?

Heck yes, we love custom themes, bring it on!

Can we provide some of our own decor for you to setup?

Sorry, we're not able to set up decor that we didn't supply. Our packages include everything you need, and add-ons are available if you'd like a little extra!

How do the ceiling balloons work?

Our ceiling balloons are air-filled and secured to the ceiling with packing tape for a "floating" look. They last your entire stay and won't damage the ceiling.
